Outfit Idea (what I wore February 3, 2017)

One of my main goals for starting this blog is to create at least 260 different looks (one look for each work day for an entire year) by utilizing as much of my current wardrobe as possible; and although my awesome Stylebook App has been instrumental in helping me do this through its  ‘Style Stats’ feature – it can still be tough creating a completely novel look for each day from just the clothes in my closet – especially during this time of year, which doesn’t really allow for anything with short sleeves (it gets wicked cold here in Boston during February, btw). So, to get the most out of my wardrobe during cold-weather season, I’ve been getting  creative with layering by “winterizing” my summer clothes – like this sleeveless black ruffled dress that I’m wearing today, which I layered a ruffled, pinstripe button-down under, cinched with a black and gold belt, and accessorized with a gold statement necklace and black and gold heels! For more (shoe-string) chic, city-wearable fashions, follow daily “Style Snaps” of my personal outfits in everyday life at “Bostonian Styled (by Katey)” on WordPress and Pinterest!
